【工作內容】
作為華邦的(中科)微影製程工程師，你將參與新產品及新製程的量產導入，在生產過程中致力於優化產品品質、產能及成本，工作內容包含：
1. 負責生產過程中產品異常及光罩（Mask）異常之即時分析與處理，快速排除製程問題，確保生產品質及稼動率。
2. 監控產品製程及設備運作數據，進行資料蒐集、整理與分析，並參與跨部門生產及品質改善會議。
3. 執行並維護相關製造系統，包含 MES、FDC、RMS、SPC 等系統之操作、資料管理及異常追蹤。
4. 協助新產品導入（Pilot Run）、製程驗證及相關程式建立與優化，確保量產順利導入。
5. 負責製程改善專案之規劃、推動與執行，提升產品良率、生產效率及製程穩定性。
6. 與設備、製造、品質及研發等單位協同合作，解決製程相關問題並推動持續改善。
7. 完成主管交辦事項及部門相關專案任務。
