岗位职责：
1. 根据产品质量验收标准，对原材料实施进货检验，以及对外协石墨产品进行入库检验和记录。
2. 按公司要求对不合格的原料进行处理。
3. 负责石墨部件在机加工过程中各工序中的首件检验、过程检验和最终检验，及时识别、发现和记录存在的质量问题，防止不合格品流入下道工序或客户处。
4. 记录、统计每日检验情况和相关部门对不合格品的返修。
5. 发现重大质量问题立即向相关部门汇报，并要求生产停止加工。
6. 执行产品状态标识和可追溯性规定，防止不同材料等级和批次的原料混淆。检查、监督生产过程中的状态标识执行情况，对不符合要求的予以纠正。
7. 完成本部门责任区内的5S和安全防护。
8. 完成上级主管指示的其它任务，如协助SGT质检工作。
9. 负责对公司的量具进行日常维护。
10. 由主管经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 两年以上机械加工产品质量控制和产品检验经验。
2. 熟练使用Office 软件。
3. 熟练使用内径千分尺、外径千分尺、卡尺以及各种量具。
4. 熟悉形位尺寸等级要求，以及公制、美制和英制螺纹的等级标准。
5. 具备较好的机械加工2D图纸阅读能力。
6. 可以接受翻三班。
