岗位职责：
1. 根据工作指导书和流程及时编制正确、高效的加工工艺。
2. 根据销售订单要求及生产工程部工艺标准制定合理的工艺单，为生产提供正确的加工指示.（用料尺寸计算，退料尺寸计算，用料方向，合理的掏料工艺，原料及辅料的规格选用，刀具的库存评估确认，新刀具需求评估等）。
3. 在需要的时候为生产绘制2D和3D的图纸。
4. 在CNC程序中定义加工参数(进给、转速等)，选择合适的刀具和工装，来保证生产的质量，效率和成本。
5. 根据工作指导书维护服务器上的数控机床程序。
6. 维护服务器上的相关程序信息。
7. 在日常工作中进行持续改进，来提高生产运营的安全、质量和效率。
8. 负责新产品加工可行性研究 、试加工和工艺文档编制。负责SFE机加工区域内日常工作中技术项目的控制。
9. 作为部分产品负责人带领团队优化统一此类产品工艺技术，改进加工效率，降低生产成本。
10. 负责程序单和工艺流程单的归档管理。
11. 由主管经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，工科专业
2. 至少2年单件小批量生产的数控机床工艺编制和编程经验
3. 对单件小批量规模的数控立铣、卧铣、立车和卧车机加工工艺有丰富的经验
4. 有CNC车床和铣床编程经验（UG软件编程），有高速切削经验者更佳
5. 能够解决生产中关于加工技术方面的问题
6. 良好的CAD知识，有UG或Solid edge软件操作经历更佳
7. 具备很强的用CAM软件编制西门子802D，840D和Mazak控制系统的能力
8. 能够熟练使用微软的Word, Excel, PowerPoint和MS-Outlook
9. 会使用SAP生产模块操作
10. 善于与人沟通和协作
