【工作內容】
1. 整合財務、業務及營運數據，建立分析報表與管理儀表板。
2. 與使用單位進行需求訪談，提供數據分析與決策支持。
3. 維護資料品質與資料定義，確保分析結果正確性與一致性。
4. 參與數據平台、分析系統及相關專案之建置與優化。
5. 運用數據分析方法發掘營運改善機會，創造數據價值。
6. 其他主管交辦事項
【必要條件】
1. 大學以上資訊管理、資訊工程、統計、數學、商管相關科系
2. 2年以上數據分析、BI或相關工作經驗
3. 熟悉SQL撰寫、SSIS維護與資料查詢
4. 具備需求分析與問題解決能力
5. 良好的跨部門溝通協調能力
【加分條件】
1. 熟悉Python
2. 熟悉Power BI、Tableau或其他視覺化工具
3. 具備DB維運相關經驗
4. 有財務分析、預算管理或經營分析經驗
5. 有AI、Machine Learning或Gen AI應用經驗
6. 曾參與數位轉型或數據治理專案
