职位描述

主导部件零公里质量管理体系及现场质量运营体系的推进，保障部件零公里质量管理体系及现场质量运营体系持续精进
1.负责部件零公里质量管理体系的搭建和迭代，保障部件零公里质量体系满足IATF16949的要求及公司质量体系的要求；
2.负责部件零公里质量运营体系的搭建和迭代，保障多基地零公里质量管理的高效运营；
3.对接内外部，负责部件零公里质量管理业务手册的新建、标准化、优化迭代，促进质量和效率的提升；
4.指导和监督部件零公里质量管理工作严格按部件质量体系运行，定期组织相关人员进行评审，落实纠正和预防措施；
5.牵头组织部门业务赋能培训、质量工具开发/运营/迭代、人员晋升组织实施；
6.牵头组织与协调完成涉及部门业务的外审及内审，负责落实预防/改善措施；
7.牵头部门人员能力模型共识&技能管理、培训/技能认证体系搭建、专家讲师团队认证&内聘；
8.牵头TBP技能大赛、组织文化建设、文化展示平台搭建、文化传播策划等，打造质量文化氛围；
9.依据业务需求推动业务流程数字化的实现。

职位要求

1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械自动化类等相关专业；
2.5年以上主流主机厂质量体系运行/质量管理相关工作经验；
3.熟悉IATF16949、五大工具、国内外汽车行业的质量体系，并能够熟练运用；
4.有外审员资格、六西格玛黑、现场质量运营经验丰富等的优先考虑；
5.有内部审核、外部审核、IT系统策划搭建的经历，具备质量体系文件独立编制能力和体系审核经验；
6.熟练运用各种质量统计工具及相关专业数据软件；
7.具备优秀的团队合作、沟通协调、主动意识、领导能力；
8.具备较强的逻辑分析、问题解决、流程追溯、标准优化能力；
9.具备较强的抗压能力和环境快速适应能力，能适应一定比例的加班需求。
