职位描述

1. 前期部件质量策划管理，制定各阶段项目质量行动计划，对整个项目开发阶段零部件质量负责；
2. 作为项目阶段零部件质量代表，拉动供应链内部资源及跨部门协调，完成零部件在前期开发阶段的项目进度管理；
3. 项目阀点交付物进度推进以及风险预警，促进项目按节点过阀；
4. 制定项目质量目标实现方案，进行各责任部门指标分解，并推进交付物及质量目标达成；
5. 进行零部件质量维度的风险预测和品质提升方案的策划，及时预警，组织重大问题的风险评估并确保应对措施，以促进零部件质量成熟度达标；
6. 牵头新项目的质量专项活动，通过焦点质量问题改善推动和质量预防工作，持续提升零部件AUDIT、IPTV等质量表现；
7. 量产初期零部件品质监控，帮助和监督供应商质量提升，促进量产初期零部件品质稳定性；
8. 零部件质量问题经验库的储备及推广，完善开发阶段零部件管理相关质量流程及标准；
9. 工作流程IT化推进，提供工作效率。

职位要求

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械制造、电子电器相关专业优先；
2. 5年以上整车项目管理经验或质量项目管理经验，比如：独立承担过1个以上整车的项目管理并实现量产或作为质量部门项目的负责人充分参与过整车开发过程中质量策划和管理的经验；
3. 熟悉OEM厂主流的应用流程，如整车开发流程GVDP、PEP、GPS等，设变流程，各类认可流程，综合匹配问题的处理流程、APQP和PPAP流程等；
4. 熟悉IATF16949体系要求，具备熟练运用五大质量工具、质量流程进行质量问题统筹分析的能力；
5. 较强的逻辑思维、问题解决、独立思考的能力；
6. 良好的沟通、跨团队协作能力，高效干练，驱动力强；
7. 敬业精神、精力充沛、抗压能力强，具备项目领导能力；
8. 有Sigma 黑带经验、PMP证书、整车厂的研发背景/零部件开发经验优先。
