职位描述

1. 负责实验室设备运营维护管理工作，以及设备档案建立、维护；
2. 负责编写设备各项操作规程、规范、使设备管理标准化、程序化、规范化；
3. 负责定期检查设备，记录检查结果，对设备进行日常维护和保养，及时消除安全隐患，保障设备处于良好的运行状态。如遇故障，应具有维修能力，拉动设备方进行解决；
4. 负责实验室计量器具、检测设备及工具台账的建立、更新和维护工作，并按照计划对计量器具进行外部校准；
5. 负责实验室人身、设备安全，进行实验室现场安全管理，检查监督实验人员严格执行各项操作规程，确保安全目标达成；
6. 识别实验室安全风险源，进行风险分析，制定应急准备与响应计划，定期组织安全检查、安全培训与应急演练；
7. 定期检查安全防护设施、实验室环境，发现问题及时解决或采取相应控制措施，检查督促相关人员合理使用劳保与防护用品，防止工伤事故发生；
8. 负责安全事故的调查处理，并做好上报存档工作，组织事故分析会，监督落实整改措施；
9. 负责实验室试剂、标液、有毒有害物质的保存管理，实验室废弃物的处理；
10. 负责实验室每月劳动防护用品统计发放工作，以及安全设施排查等归口工作。

职位要求

1. 大专或以上学历，机电工程专业毕业，持有低压电工上岗证，有安全员证书者优先；
2. 具有6年或以上实验室相关设备管理、现场安全管理、公辅设施管理和维护经验；
3. 熟悉高压、强磁、防静电、高温、有毒有害物质等相关知识，有相应的管理和维护经验；
4. 掌握西门子PLC 各种电器元件的工作原理、熟悉机械结构；具备清晰思维能力，准确的故障判断能力、能够有效组织班组人员进行故障排除，保障生产；
5. 有责任心、沟通能力、能吃苦耐劳、勤奋敬业。
