职位描述

1. 负责智能底盘电控域（主要涉及制动、转向、悬架）售后全量软件问题的推进与解决；
2.负责新项目阶段智能底盘软件质量专项的搭建与管理、推动软件质量活动有效落地以及全量软件问题的闭环管理；
3. 跟踪系统软件开发计划与标定计划，并负责系统功能测试与性能的质量验收，负责问题管理，保证按时完成系统开发、高质量上线；
4 负责与协助PQA，SOP前及以后售后质量软件问题收集和管理，跟踪推进问题解决进度，评估进展风险状态等；
5. 负责结合质量数据开展质量改善专项活动，定期组织团队进行复盘，保证以往问题的规避，不断提升产品质量；

职位要求

1. 具备底盘电控（制动、转向、悬架等）技术方案、需求规格说明书、需求定义与方案设计FDR、系统功能规范FR、DFMEA等技术材料评审能力，把控底盘电控系统的软件开发过程，识别潜在风险；
2.本科及以上学历，计算机/自动控制/电子工程/汽车工程等相关专业优先；
3. 8年以上底盘电控域相关工作经验（有应用层软件开发经验优先）、熟悉汽车电子软件开发流程、了解底盘电控系统软件功能接口定义、以及相关诊断功能、了解底盘电控产品全生命周期开发流程及各阶段交付物、熟练使用CANoe、CANanlyzer等工具；
4. 熟悉IPD流程、CMMI、ASPICE等质量体系标准优先；
5. 熟悉PCBA基础知识、基础通讯策略知识、基本类电子元器件知识、模电数电知识、熟悉单片机以及常用芯片手册；
6. 熟知嵌入式系统集成测试，理解各通讯控制模块实现功能逻辑、诊断服务、刷写流程、通信规范等；
7. 有线控制动、线控转向、全主动悬架等底盘电控前沿技术开发经验优先;
8. 具备清晰的逻辑思维能力和良好的沟通能力表达能力，工作积极主动，责任心强，拥有良好的团队精神和抗压能力。
