非金属材料研发专家/高级专家

职位描述

1. 洞察行业技术发展趋势，制定发展技术路线，提前储备技术资源和研究；
2. 负责带领团队完成技术预研项目的可行性分析、立项、开发、小批量验证等工作；
3. 负责行业前瞻技术研究，收集行业领域内具有显著影响的创新技术、专利、市场动态和竞品信息，分析同行业开发进展和方向，保持技术先进性，并结合公司实际情况做相应的改进与落实；
4. 负责公司非金属材料革新，负责整车非金属类新材料、新工艺技术规划和创新课题研究，对非金属材料开展系统性研究和开发，针对潜在应用场景验证其可行性并寻找应用解决方案；
5. 研发适用于新能源汽车发展方向的非金属材料，包括配方、加工（成型）工艺等，实现新功能、降本或者轻量化等，同时形成专利、标准等；
6. 主导本领域内新材料复杂的、重大的问题推进解决、相关业务孵化，并进行相应项目的可行性研究和立项报告。

职位要求

1. 教育程度: 研究生或博士以上学历；
2. 专业覆盖高分子材料，高分子物理、应用化学或材料学等相关领域；具备较强的材料、化学等相关专业知识，熟悉材料机理；
3. 工作经验 : 在头部主机厂、新能源或材料企业有从事非金属材料（工程塑料、功能塑料或复合材料等），特别是有汽车材料开发（或汽车业务）、材料研发并落地相关工作经验者优先，行业研发8年以上经验；
4. 具有较强的创新能力，对创新技术保持开放和谨慎态度，热衷于对新材料新技术的不断探索并改善现有设计；
5. 熟悉所在非金属材料领域的配方、加工成型工艺、材料性能和应用，具有行业材料开发经验优先；
6. 工作踏实认真，责任心强，有较强的自主学习能力和逻辑思维分析能力，有较强的沟通协调和团队协作意识，能够适应快速灵活的工作安排。
