职位描述

1. 负责两盖系统（发盖系统、背门系统）的产品设计及过程开发工作，负责系统布置，功能开发、性能开发，工艺开发支持；负责相关系统及零部件方案设定，SOR编制，配合采购完成供应商定点；
2. 负责新产品的造型可行性分析，确定两盖系统布置及交互输入输出；
3. 负责两盖系统结构3D数模设计和2D图纸设计，技术文件编制工作；
4. 负责两盖系统试制、验证及系统问题解决；
5. 负责分管零部件的开发及整改：负责与供应商的技术交流及技术方案确定；编制分管零部件的开发计划，并组织实施；负责组织及协调、解决涉及两盖系统的技术问题；负责具体项目中两盖系统问题的整改措施确定及实施
6. 负责分管供应商开发过程管控，能够按照项目主计划编制零部件开发二级计划，并跟踪供应商开发进度，按时提交相关技术材料，完成OTS及ESO认可，跟踪试制、试装、试验中车身两盖系统相关问题，提出整改措施和改进计划；
7. 参与部门所有承研项目两盖系统相关的技术文件，问题报告等的评审；
8. 参与部门两盖系统相关的设计开发体系文件的编写，丰富所属系统的知识库。

职位要求

1. 全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业；
2. 大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语及书写能力；
3. 熟悉开两盖系统相关零部件的最新技术和相关法规的要求，并熟练掌握相关产品标准；
4. 从事开闭件两盖系统设计或开发工作5年以上，熟悉整车开发流程，具有2个以上车型项目开发经验；
5. 熟悉开两盖系统相关零件的材料、加工工艺；
6. 熟练使用CATIA以及办公软件；能独立完成2D、3D建模等相关工作；
7. 独立解决问题的能力，责任心强，有担当；
8. 良好的团队合作精神，严密的逻辑思维能力，较强的责任心以及高效沟通能力。
