商业结算系统运营经理

职位描述

1.负责销售服务群组的财务结算、对账付款、发票管理等B端系统需求，深入业务侧挖掘和分析系统需求，设计及实施系统解决方案，完成BRD需求文档。分析与理解运营数据，不断完善和优化系统产品，提高系统产品质量与用户体验。基于数据报告，为业务决策、创新提供建设性意见；
3.负责IT项目的目标制定与规划，与IT部门形成合力，统筹资源，保障项目如期完成；
4.负责收集业务流程与系统项目使用反馈建议，参与配合整体业务管理与业务流程的优化；
5.该岗位将统筹商业侧财经系统需求，具体涉及的系统需求潜在范围：
（1）充电网络财务管理：各类充电业务组合场景对账调账功能设计，满足房租、渠道商、商户、电力供应商等付款场景的结算付款系统需求；
（2）销售业务财务管理：中央与省区的财务核算规则变动带来的财务系统需求，金融系统渠道结算系统需求；
（3）服务业务财务管理：内部结算带来的财务系统需求，授权钣喷备件索赔等财务结算系统需求；
（4）收付款：收款、付款、认款功能设计；
（5）进销票：进销项税务配置、B2B出发票、税盘托管、收票核票。

职位要求

1.5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上系统产品领域工作经验，有公共充电、电商类、O2O相关工作经验优先，本科及以上学历；
2.对数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析能力和系统化思维能力，有SQL及BI配置经验优先；
3.有缜密的逻辑思维能力、良好的沟通表达能力，较强的协同能力和推动力；
4.具有创新意识，学习能力强，面对各类全新业务场景，乐于思考并通过新的方式解决问题；
5.较强的横向跨部门沟通及资源整合能力。主动积极，抗压能力强，喜欢快节奏的工作模式和创业公司氛围，对新能源行业有浓厚兴趣。
目标对象：美团结算系统产品经理，小桔，电商类，o2o，竞品（蔚来小鹏极氪特斯拉）
