职位描述

1. 行业与竞争分析 (商业与市场)
- 深入研究目标行业（如智能手机、互联网、半导体等）的市场格局、价值链、驱动因素和规模预测。
- 跟踪并分析目标公司的战略动向、业务表现、产品布局、优劣势及关键决策。
- 分析领先企业的商业模式、盈利模式、GTM（进入市场）策略及生态系统的构建方法。
- 识别新的市场机遇、潜在威胁和战略合作机会。
2. 技术与创新趋势分析 (技术与产品)
- 追踪前沿技术（如GenAI、量子计算、下一代通信等）的发展动态、成熟度曲线及商业化路径。
- 研究领先科技企业的技术架构、研发体系、创新管理方法和产品开发流程。
- 分析技术如何驱动新产品、新服务乃至新业态的产生，评估其对公司现有及未来业务的潜在影响。
- 关注全球顶级实验室、高校及初创企业的科技创新动向。

职位要求

1. 学历与经验：
- 硕士及以上学历，MBA、经济学、金融学、信息科学、技术管理等相关专业优先。
- 5年以上相关工作经验，具有顶尖管理咨询公司（如麦肯锡、BCG、贝恩等）、顶级科技企业战略部门、行业研究机构（如Gartner、IDC）或私募股权/风险投资研究分析背景者优先。
2. 核心能力：
- 卓越的分析能力：精通各种定性和定量分析方法，能构建清晰的分析框架，从复杂信息中提炼出简洁、深刻的洞察。
- 强大的研究与信息获取能力：具备“侦探”般的嗅觉，善于利用各种工具和渠道获取稀缺和高价值信息。
- 战略思维与商业敏感度：对商业和科技有强烈的好奇心和热情，具备前瞻性视野和深刻的商业理解力。
- 出色的沟通与影响力：具备顶级的中英文书面和口头表达能力，能通过有力的论据和生动的陈述影响高层决策者。
- 高效与协作：自我驱动，能在快节奏和模糊的环境下工作，具备优秀的项目管理能力和团队协作精神。
