职位描述
1、基于 LLVM 构建自研芯片的编译软件栈，不限于 AI 模型的编程语言，AI 高性能编译器(前端、中端、后端)、运行时(固件)、高性能库等；
2、基于自研芯片的软件栈构建自动化模型编译、部署、发布平台；不限于异构编译、异构部署和推理；
3、建设编译工具链发布平台和开发者生态，为业务团队提供编译工具和编译服务。
职位职责:
1、和硬件工程师协作完成自研芯片的ISA定义，定义自研芯片编译器的指令集；
2. 基于自定义指令集开发llvm 自研芯片后端，针对实际的负载对后端的指令生成增加优化 pass；
3. 基于 AI 算法的需求定义 AI 模型的编程语言，编程界面，编程范式；
4. 基于 AI pipeline，构建高性能编译器(打通编程语言和自研芯片)、运行时(固件)、高性能库，构建AI编译工具链产品化底座;
5、建设编译工具链发布平台和开发者生态，为业务团队提供编译工具和编译服务。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业，3年及以上工作经验；
2、熟悉编译原理、AI计算框架以及相关编译优化技术、AI加速；
3、熟悉C/C++/Python，熟悉C++/Python底层实现原理。

- 熟悉arm，riscv，x86，gpu等常见体系结构，及其关键特性在编译器后端的设计和实现（任一）
- 熟悉编译前端，中端，后端关键设计和实现（任一）
- 熟悉编译工具链软件栈，包括库，动态库编译，执行流程（clang，gcc等）及其关键设计和实现（预处理，ast，编译，汇编，链接，加载）（任一）
加分项：
1、熟悉arm，riscv，x86，gpu等常见体系结构；了解这些关键特性在编译器后端的设计和实现,并参与相关社区者优先；
2、熟悉编译工具链软件栈关键设计和实现,包括库，动态库链接，编译器关键设计和实现 (预处理，ast，编译，汇编，链接，加载), 有RISC-V/ARM/DSP/GPU编译器开发经验者优先；
3、有HPC/AI编译器以及高性能库开发经验者优先；
4、有编程语言、编译器、虚拟机开发经验，或者ISA和微架构协同设计经验者优化。
