职位描述

1.Develop and implement after-sales business strategy.
2.Lead the after-sales team and achieve KPIs.
3.Manage parts business development, warehouse operations, and maintain stock fill rate.
4.Oversee warranty budget development, process implementation, and TechHub management.
5.Handle dealer technical support requests and customer claims.
6.Implement RSA and goodwill programs, minimizing buybacks.
7.Manage after-sales business through dealer networks and control spare parts/accessories plans.
8.Lead spare parts homologation processes and work with homologation authorities.

职位要求

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficient in English with excellent writing skills.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas business operations.
3.Familiarity with automotive sales and operational procedures.
4.Proficiency in Russian is preferred.
5.Willingness to undertake frequent overseas travel.
