职位描述
1.深入理解公司业务发展战略及组织规划,重点支持芯片设计、芯片架构、数字/模拟IC、验证、DFT、后端、封装测试、EDA及相关半导体技术团队的人才招聘交付,协助业务关键岗位搭建与落地;
2.独立负责招聘全流程管理,包括需求澄清、人才寻访、简历甄选、面试安排与推进、offer沟通、入职跟进等,确保招聘交付质量与效率;
3.针对芯片研发及半导体相关方向建立有效的人才搜寻策略和渠道资源,持续提升关键人才获取能力,包括但不限于芯片架构、数字前端、模拟IC、验证、DFT、物理设计、封装测试、FAE、工艺及EDA等岗位;
4.与业务部门保持高频沟通,准确把握岗位画像、团队能力模型及人才标准,输出招聘方案并推动执行;
5.负责目标人才Mapping、人才库搭建及市场信息收集,洞察芯片/半导体行业人才分布、竞争对手动态及薪酬趋势,为业务招聘决策提供支持;
6.主导或参与重点岗位的招聘项目,包括中高端芯片人才寻访、专项招聘、校招/社招专项、面试流程优化及招聘运营工作;
7.持续分析招聘过程数据及转化漏斗,复盘招聘结果,优化渠道使用、流程效率和候选人体验,提升招聘交付效能。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历,5年以上招聘相关工作经验,有芯片、半导体、集成电路、电子信息等方向招聘经验优先;
2.熟悉芯片行业常见岗位类型及能力要求,对芯片设计、验证、后端、封测、EDA等至少一个或多个方向有较深理解;
3.具备独立负责中高端技术岗位招聘的能力,有较强的人才搜寻、甄选判断及项目推动能力;
4.熟悉半导体行业人才市场,具备较强的人才Mapping、行业洞察及竞争对手分析能力;
5.具备良好的沟通协调能力、结果导向意识及抗压能力,能够高效支持业务快速发展;
6.有芯片创业公司、半导体公司或高科技研发型企业招聘经验者优先。
