职位描述

岗位职责
1.负责机器人电子电气系统嵌入式软件开发，包括但不限于域控制器、传感器接入、交互控制、执行机构控制、通信管理等相关软件设计与实现。
2.根据产品需求和系统架构，完成嵌入式软件方案设计、模块划分、接口定义、编码实现及调试验证。
3.负责Linux底层驱动与 BSP 开发，完成CAN/CAN FD、RS485、Ethernet、USB 、PCIe等外设驱动开发。
4.负责各类传感器驱动与数据采集处理，支持机器人常用传感器的初始化、标定、滤波、状态监测、异常处理等功能开发。
5.负责控制逻辑、设备管理、通信协议、故障诊断、日志记录、在线升级等基础软件模块开发。
6.参与域控制器软件平台建设，支持多板卡、多外设、多任务协同运行，提升软件复用性、稳定性和可维护性。
7.负责嵌入式实时系统开发与优化，基于RT-Linux 等平台进行任务调度、资源管理和性能调优。
8.负责通信协议开发与联调，包括设备间控制协议、上位机通信、调试接口及必要的 OTA/Bootloader 功能。

职位要求

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、通信、软件工程、控制工程等相关专业。
2.熟练掌握 C/C++ 语言，具备良好的代码风格和嵌入式软件设计能力。
3.熟悉嵌入式系统开发流程，具备 ARM/Linux 平台开发经验，能够独立完成驱动开发与系统调试。
4.熟悉常见外设和总线协议开发，包括CAN/CAN FD、RS485、Ethernet、USB、PCIe 等。
5.熟悉实时操作系统原理及应用，有 RT-Linux 等开发经验者优先。
6.具备传感器驱动开发、通信协议解析、设备状态机设计、异常处理和日志系统设计能力。
7.熟悉 Bootloader、OTA、版本管理、故障诊断、看门狗、掉电保护等可靠性相关设计。
8.具备较强的调试和问题定位能力，熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、串口工具、抓包工具等。
