关键职责：

协助数据仪表板的开发，维护和优化

• 设计、构建并持续优化数据看板，为用户提供清晰、可操作的市场洞察。
• 将复杂数据集转化为直观、易理解的可视化报告。
• 定期更新数据，并进行基础数据清理，确保数据准确性。
• 维护和完善手术机器人数据库。

协助自动化和效率

• 使用 Python、R 等编程语言编写脚本，实现数据处理流程的自动化与加速。
• 优化数据看板报告和表格布局，简化数据录入并减少错误。
• 优化数据看板结构和视觉元素，以提高用户体验和可读性。

实验室资本设备的支持管理和跟踪

• 协助维护实验室资本设备的准确库存，包括机器人系统、成像设备。
• 更新资产管理日志和文件，以跟踪设备状态、位置和使用历史。
• 与相关团队协调安排维护、校准或维修。

• 目前正在攻读 工程相关专业学士或硕士学位， 预计2027或2028年毕业。
• 自我驱动、自律，能够在远程或混合办公环境中高效工作，且无需过多监督。
• 对“数据讲故事”充满好奇，乐于发现趋势并提炼洞察。
• 乐于在经验丰富的专业人士指导下学习和成长。
• 具备良好的英语与普通话沟通能力（口头、书面及演讲）。
• 有 Python编程经验优先。
