[What You Will Do]
Take charge of after-sales service preparations prior to new product launches. Work closely with the R&D and Quality teams to participate in product reviews from a user's perspective and produce related after-sales service documentation.
Build a deep understanding of product features and potential issues. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop product training materials and provide enablement training for regional teams, enhancing their front-line problem-solving capabilities.
Rapidly respond to and address queries raised by regional teams. Coordinate internal and external resources to drive the closed-loop resolution of complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
Conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis and issue identification to systematically drive improvements in product experience and deliver targeted solutions, ultimately boosting user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; an engineering background in Electronic Information Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
Strong logical thinking and project management skills; previous experience in organizing student clubs or campus activities is a strong plus.
Ability to work well under pressure, coupled with exceptional learning agility and strong communication skills.
