岗位职责

Job Responsibilities
Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, formulate a reasonable A-level economics teaching plan to ensure the quality of education.
Carefully prepare lessons, prepare teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.
Pay attention to the students' learning status, promptly understand their learning difficulties, and provide necessary guidance and assistance.
Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching levels.
Be responsible for students' regular tests, mid-term and final exams, etc., and conduct scientific evaluations of students' learning situations.
Assume the responsibilities of a class teacher, including regularly communicating with parents about students' learning situations, providing feedback on students' performance at school, and promoting home-school cooperation.
Participate in school-related activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks.
