About the Role
负责协助部门负责人,全面参与渠道费用的管理,包括年度预算编制、滚动预测、预算事项审核、月度报告编制和分析等工作。
岗位职责:
1. 负责渠道费用的预算编制、汇报沟通和下发;
2. 负责年度费用的滚动预测;
3. 负责日常费用预算申请的审核;
4. 追踪费用使用进度并编制相应的支出分析报告,每月提供给分公司管理层和渠道负责人;
5. 针对各项业务活动进行投入产出专项分析,为提升费用使用效率提供专业洞察;
6. 向其他相关方(业务部门、其他统计相关部门)提供必要的数据信息;
7. 主管交代的其他工作。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,财务、金融等相关专业优先;
2. 至少6年财务管理或预算管理相关经验,有寿险公司预算管理相关经验者优先;
3. 有扎实的数据处理能力和问题分析能力;
4. 流畅高效的沟通表达能力;
5. 有良好的抗压能力,能够在内外压力下保持情绪稳定,并保持持续饱满的工作动力;
6. 熟练掌握各种财务系统和办公软件,包括SAP、微软Office等,有BI软件使用经验者优先;
7. 有良好的自我学习能力,面对新的业务模式和环境能够快速适应和掌握。
