工作內容說明：
1.執行保服作業包含借款、復效..等契變審查，確保作業品質與時效。
2.運用數位工具提升服務效率與客戶體驗，協助推動數位化工具提升作業流暢度。
3.積極參與公司教育訓練課程提升整體作業能力與穩定度。
4.報考各項保服相關考試(如LOMA/核保理賠證照..等)，提升專業知識以運用在保服作業。
條件要求:
1.工作經驗：2年以上工作經驗
2.語言條件(外語)：熟國、台語、英語尤佳
3.擅長工具：不拘
4.工作技能：不拘
其他工作條件限制：
1.具保險業售後服務(如核保、理賠、保費、保全)、資訊系統規劃、作業風險、稽核經驗者尤佳
2.良好溝通、規劃及具獨立思考能⼒
