產品企劃-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_PP_RB)
1.以專家角色有效釐清業務實質需求，精準資訊優化與開發，最小化人力及時間成本，資源投入效率最大化
2.主導業務需求之評估與規劃，提供及採行資訊系統最佳解決方案，輔助業務效益的提昇
3.統籌各提出需求單位之費用管理、統一請採購、議價、預算管理及驗收 ( System Owner)
4.落實資訊需求管控、確保交付品質，並協助建立流程模組，以維系統運作穩定
5.調研產業發展及同業作法，或以邏輯和系統結構主動提出產品變化或優化建議,協助業務長遠推展
6.業務需求規格確認及進度管控(如期)
7.擬定測試計畫及測試案例建議，與執行QA測試(如質)
8.以需求確認範圍為最終目標，嚴格把關各階段之變更與調整(如預算)
9.系統安控參數管理、變更維護、非預期作業風險根因釐清與解決建議、使用者管理
10.擬定廠商管理策略以促進溝通品質與開發效率
