📌培训资料管理
• 协助准备和整理各类培训材料,包括SOP(标准操作规程)、GMP(药品生产质量管理规范)相关文件、培训课件等
• 确保培训资料的准确性、完整性和时效性
• 根据培训需求更新和优化培训材料内容
• 协助制作培训演示文稿和辅助材料
📁 培训记录归档
• 建立和维护培训档案管理系统
• 及时归档培训签到表、考核记录、培训证书等文件
• 确保培训记录的完整性和可追溯性
• 按照GMP和公司质量体系要求进行文档管理
🔍 培训完成情况巡查
• 定期监控和统计各部门员工培训完成率
• 识别培训逾期或未完成情况,及时提醒相关人员
• 生成培训完成情况报告和数据分析
• 协助跟进培训计划的执行进度
🤝 培训体系支持
• 辅助QA团队优化和完善培训管理流程
• 参与培训需求调研和培训计划制定
• 协助组织和协调培训活动的开展
• 支持培训效果评估和持续改进工作
