负责外饰装饰件系统（塑料翼子板、扰流板、尾门饰板、双色注塑件等）零件工程开发相关工作。
Responsible to deveop Exterior Trim Parts（Plastic Fender、Spioler、Tailgate Trim、2K injection parts
.etc）related engineering work.
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1,Track Vehicle definition and Design proposal of program Exterior Trim Parts，Analysis parts engineering feasibility and parts section proposal ；Complete all deliverables according to project milestones, meeting requirements for performance, weight, manufacturing, and other specifications.
跟踪项目外饰装饰件产品整车产品定义及造型方案，分析零件工程可行性及产品断面方案，按项目时间节点完成各项交付物，并满足性能、重量、制造等要求。
2,Familiar with the process of Exterior Trim Parts，have a knowledge of the parts performance standards.
熟悉汽车常见外饰零件工艺流程，对外饰零件相关性能标准有一定的掌握和了解。
3,Responsible for CAS analyse, technical review and feedback, surface treatment process analysis, identification of risk problems and formulation of countermeasures, Have certain data and section production ability；Supports vehicle prototyping, testing, and production, enabling rapid response and efficient resolution of issues in the development, testing, production, and after-sales processes for Exterior subsystems, meeting project and customer requirements.
负责产品造型分析，技术方案评审及反馈，表面处理工艺分析，风险问题识别并制定对策；支持整车试制、试验和生产，快速响应，高效解决外饰子系统开发、试验、生产和售后过程中的问题，满足项目和客户要求。
4,Responsible for PDT team management and coordination, complete the development of Exterior parts.
Follow DVP tests, release SOR, ECR,ESO.etc in system . Supervise the supplier to finish the related sample and related work on time
负责PDT团队管理与协调，完成外饰零件的开发落地，跟踪DV/PV试验，协助完成SOR,ECR, ESO等流程
5, Responsible for developing design standards and specifications related to Exterior systems. Collect new technologies and trends in the industry, cooperate with suppliers to develop new materials and new processes, cooperate with Design to set up cutting-edge material/process library
知识总结负责外饰系统相关设计标准、规范的制订；收集行业新技术，新趋势，协同供应商研发新材料，新工艺，配 Design建立前沿材料/工艺库

职位要求

任职要求 Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above, Major in Engineering or Material or Industrial Design.
·本科及以上学历，本科及以上学历,工程专业或材料专业或工业设计专业。
· 3-5 years OEM and Tire1 supplier Exterior parts working experience （developed Plastic Fender、Spioler、Tailgate Trim、2K injection partsetc）
· 3-5年主机厂或汽车Tier 1供应商外饰件开发经验（有参与过塑料翼子板、扰流板、尾门饰板、双色注塑件等零件全流程开发者优先）。
·CET6 Good at communication in English
·英语6级 良好的英语沟通能力
·CAD capacity : Proficient in using CATIA and know GD&T markup standards.
·CAD能力：熟练使用CATIA软件，了解GD&T（几何尺寸与公差）标注规范。
·Other computer Skills: Microsoft Office, CAD, etc
