About the Role

岗位职责：
1. 协助制定及维护部门准则及服务标准，并确保符合总部保全相关规则
2. 依据工作标准流程，处理内部照会及其他保全业务
3. 在日常工作中不断发觉并提出对于保全规则、流程的改进建议
4. 为公司各渠道、营销员及其他相关部门提供保全咨询及服务支持
5. 对内、外勤提供必要的辅导、培训并准备相关培训资料
6. 处理来自客户或营销员的复杂及投诉案件
7. 定期进行保全相关业务和指标的统计分析，对团队建设及作业流程提出有效的优化建议
8. 根据反洗钱监管要求和友邦反洗钱政策，识别、评估和监控本条线的反洗钱风险（客户尽职调查、可疑交易审查、名单筛选等）
9. 按要求完成监管、合规等相关工作
10. 为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务
岗位要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，保险、金融专业优先，具有2年以上人寿保险相关工作经验
2. 熟悉运营保全业务
3. 良好的沟通协调能力
4. 具有前瞻性，客户导向并具有较强的解决问题能力
