我们正在为一所北京的国际学校招聘学生支持老师(特殊教育方向),到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责

个性化教育支持(IEP)与行为干预设计

• IEP 设计与实施:主导学生需求评估,联合学科教师、家长及校外专家(如心理学家、

治疗师)制定个性化教育计划(IEP),动态调整教学目标与教学策略。

• 行为干预计划(BIP)开发:针对情绪行为问题设计正向支持方案,跟踪干预效果并持续

优化。

2. 家校社协同合作

• 校内协作:与班主任、学科教师合作,指导差异化教学工具应用(如 ASD 学生的视觉提

示、ADHD 学生的注意力训练策略)。

• 家长支持:定期组织家长会议,提供家庭教育策略及社区资源链接(如康复服务、专业

机构转介)。

• 校外资源整合:对接专业机构,解读评估报告并衔接干预方案,确保校内外系统化支持

学生成长。

3. 成长课程开发与实施

• 课程设计与教学:面向全体学生开发并教授社会情感学习(SEL)课程(如情绪管理、学

习策略、同伴关系);与本部门成员合作研发心理增益课程。

• 全校性活动策划:统筹心理健康主题活动(如心理健康周、反欺凌周),设计学生、教

师及家长共同参与的包容性教育项目,并能够参与社区内心理健康环境的营造。

We are currently recruiting a student support teacher (special education direction) for an international school in Beijing. The expected start date is August 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Design

• IEP Design and Implementation: Lead the assessment of student needs, collaborate with subject teachers, parents, and external experts (such as psychologists, etc.)

The therapist formulates an individualized education plan (IEP) and dynamically adjusts the teaching goals and strategies.

• Development of Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP): Design positive support programs for emotional and behavioral issues, track the intervention effects and maintain them continuously.

2. Collaboration among Home, School and Community

• In-school collaboration: Work with the class teacher and subject teachers to guide the application of differentiated teaching tools (such as for ASD students' visual aids)

• Parental Support: Regularly organize parent meetings to provide family education strategies and links to community resources (such as rehabilitation services, professional services)

3. Development and Implementation of Growth Curriculum

• Curriculum Design and Instruction: Develop and teach social and emotional learning (SEL) courses for all students (such as emotion management, etc.)

• School-wide event planning: Coordinate mental health-themed activities (such as Mental Health Week, Anti-Bullying Week), and design programs for students and teachers.

Requirements

教育背景:

• 特殊教育、心理学、教育心理学、应用行为分析(ABA)等相关专业本科及以上学历。

专业资质与经验:

• 持有教师资格证,具备 3 年以上特殊教育支持或 IEP/BIP 设计实施经验(需提供案例说

明)。

• 熟悉 ASD、ADHD、学习障碍等群体的干预策略(如结构化教学、执行功能训练、多感官教

学法)。

协作与沟通能力:

• 具备优秀的跨团队协作能力,能高效联动家长、教师及校外机构。

• 能适应中英文双语工作环境。

其他要求:

• 持有国际认证资质(如 BCBA 认证行为分析师、SEL 社会情感学习培训认证)。

• 具有国际学校工作经验或海外融合教育项目经历。

• 同理心与韧性:理解特殊需求学生的挑战,能在复杂情境中保持耐心与专业判断。

• 创新思维:拒绝模板化方案,擅长结合学生兴趣设计个性化支持路径(如将游戏化学习

融入干预计划)。

• 文化敏感度:尊重多元文化背景家庭需求,精准传递专业建议并化解认知差异。

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above in special education, psychology, educational psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA), etc.

Professional qualifications and experience:

• Possess a teaching qualification certificate and have at least 3 years of experience in providing special education support or in designing and implementing IEP/BIP (please provide relevant case examples)
