1. 主动识别安全隐患并及时采取纠正措施；关注食品安全风险并落实纠正和预防措施（20%）。
2. 确保大豆、豆粕、豆油库存管理及港口运营管理顺畅高效运行（35%）。
3. 与财务库存团队合作开展库存管理，确保符合公司库存控制要求和标准（35%）。
4. 分析运营挑战，推动持续改善并制定解决方案支持业务发展（10%）。
