职位描述

我们正在寻找一位全职数据科学家，作为公司早期数据与模型方向的核心负责人，负责建立从智能硬件原始生理数据、多模态行为数据到模型训练和产品应用的完整数据体系。
该岗位将重点负责数据管线、数据清洗、特征工程、数据标注、数据配比、模型评测和生理数据算法能力建设。我们希望候选人具备智能穿戴、智能手表、智能硬件、生理数据算法或多模态模型相关经验。有 Apple Watch、Fitbit、Garmin、Oura、WHOOP、华为、小米等智能穿戴或智能硬件大厂经验者优先。
工作职责
1. 数据管线建设
负责搭建设备端、App 端到云端的数据处理 Pipeline。
处理心率、HRV、睡眠、运动、皮温、SpO₂、IMU、EDA、ECG 等多源生理数据。
建立稳定、可扩展的数据清洗、同步、归一化、异常处理及质量监控流程，持续提升数据处理效率和质量。
2. 生理数据分析与特征工程
从原始传感器数据中提取关键生理特征，构建心率、HRV、睡眠、恢复、压力、运动负荷等核心指标体系。
处理时序、噪声、缺失及异常数据，建立用户个体基线和长期趋势分析能力，支持健康状态及行为模式识别。
3. 数据集建设与模型支持
负责模型训练数据集的设计与管理，包括数据配比、训练/验证/测试集划分及高质量样本库建设。
建立数据标注规范和质量评估机制，沉淀公司自有数据集及 Benchmark。
支持多模态模型的数据准备，融合传感器、行为、文本及 App 数据，为状态识别、趋势预测和智能建议提供数据支撑。
4. 模型评测与数据质量管理
建立模型评测指标和数据质量体系，开展离线评测、在线评测、A/B Test 及用户反馈分析。
分析模型效果，定位数据、特征、标注或算法问题，持续优化模型表现。
5. 跨团队协作
与硬件、固件、后端、算法及产品团队协作，持续提升数据采集、数据平台和模型服务能力，推动数据能力落地产品，并参与数据科学团队建设。

职位要求

1. 计算机、数据科学、人工智能、生物医学工程、电子工程、统计学、应用数学或相关专业背景。
2. 5 年以上数据科学、机器学习、算法工程、健康数据分析或智能硬件数据相关经验。
3. 熟悉 Python、SQL、数据处理框架和常见机器学习工具。
4. 熟悉时间序列数据处理、特征工程、异常检测、模型评估和数据质量管理。
5. 有从 0 到 1 搭建数据 pipeline、特征体系、模型训练流程或数据平台的经验。
6. 具备较强的数据建模能力和工程落地意识。
7. 能够独立拆解复杂问题，适应早期团队高不确定性环境。
