-根据集团战略或产品节奏,制定并执行汽车发布的整合营销策略,制定传播节奏与核心信息;
-参与品牌全球传播规范制定,推动总部与本地团队高效协同执行。
-与项目经理配合,牵引品牌、公关、投放与社媒等,打通全链路传播路径,确保各模块协同一致;
-统筹总部及区域内外部资源,推进跨平台整合传播项目的策划与执行落地;
-支持重要节点(如车展、新品亮相)的整合营销落地;
-回顾传播效果,评估策略的有效性,持续优化营销组合,形成体系化复盘报告;
-分析海外目标市场与汽车行业动态,定期产出报告进行分享。
职位要求
职位要求
-本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、公关或相关专业;
-8年以上整合营销相关经验,有汽车行业、国际消费品或欧洲市场经验优先;
-精通整合传播方法与全媒体渠道运作、具备项目统筹和跨文化沟通能力,英语可作为工作语言;
-思路清晰,具备很强的逻辑推理能力、组织能力及挑战精神;
-具有团队合作及主人翁意识,能适应高强度跨时区沟通和多任务节奏。
