4、对接研发落地功能,协同收入目标拆解与判断;
1、5 年以上游戏商业化策划经验,具备长线商业化设计与运营经验优先;
2、具备扎实的商业化分析能力;能独立搭建付费模型、定价体系与合规评审框架;对RPG 品类、外观经济、BP相关设计、以及国服玩家付费习惯有系统性理解;
3、逻辑清晰、结构化思维强,具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目推动能力,能把复杂商业化模型讲清楚、推得动;具备有长线视角方案能力;
4、热爱游戏行业,游戏经验丰富,对ARPG/MMO/RPG品类有足够的见解。
