1、本科及以上学历，拥有 3 年以上游戏版本运营经验，主导过至少一款产品从立项到稳定期的完整版本管理；
2、对研发与运营流程都有真实认知，能在两侧之间有效协同，而不只是传话；
3、抗压、靠谱、执行力强，在多线并行的压力下仍能保持节奏；
4、具备基础英文沟通能力，热爱游戏。
