职位描述
1. 负责拓展全国范围内大型国企、知名商业集团等战略合作伙伴的合作,推动蔚来能源充换电设施在全国的布局落地;
2. 建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系体系,定期高层拜访,深度理解客户需求,及时反馈行业动态与市场信息;
3. 系统收集、跟进目标行业大客户资源,主导商务接洽、谈判及合作推进,实现项目签约与落地;
4. 定期、不定期对市场情况进行调研,充分掌握市场信息、洞察市场和行业趋势变化;
5. 协同各区域公司能源团队,推动蔚来能源相关产品、服务及解决方案的市场拓展与业务渗透;
6. 协助构建并持续优化合作伙伴管理体系,支持跨部门资源整合与联合项目执行。
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历,具备8年以上商务拓展、战略合作或大客户管理相关经验;
2. 具备优秀的资源开拓能力和商务谈判技巧,能够独立推进从接触到落地的全流程合作;
3. 在能源、汽车、地产、零售、酒店文旅等相关行业拥有一定资源积累或合作案例者优先;
4. 具备出色的沟通表达能力、逻辑思维与文案撰写能力,能适应高频出差与高强度工作节奏;
5. 具备团队协作精神和较强的学习与抗压能力,目标导向,结果驱动。
