职位描述
1、市场开发与拓展(40%)
- 负责澳新地区市场开发,制定并执行区域销售计划,完成经营指标;
- 开拓新渠道、新客户,建立长期稳定的合作关系;
- 收集分析澳新市场动态、竞品信息、消费者偏好,形成市场洞察报告。
2、销售运营与管理(35%)
- 负责区域内客户开发、谈判、签约、跟单全链路;
- 管理现有客户组合,提升客户活跃度和复购率;
- 协调区域内的物流、库存、售后等运营支持。
3、团队协作与目标达成(25%)
- 与GTM、品牌、客服团队紧密协作,确保区域经营目标达成;
- 参与区域展会、行业活动,提升品牌在当地的市场声量;
- 定期向战区负责人汇报销售进度、风险预警、机会点。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、商科、工程等相关专业优先;英文可以作为工作语言(与海外客户日常沟通无障碍);
2、5年以上出海B2B或B2C销售经验,有澳新市场经验加分,有家用储能/新能源/消费电子行业背景优先;
3、结果导向,有清晰的销售逻辑和目标感;
4、善于开拓,主动性强,能适应创业型团队节奏;
5、跨文化沟通能力,能应对不同类型的海外客户;
6、学习能力强,能快速理解产品并转化为销售语言。
