职位描述
1. 熟练掌握所负责产品线技术支持能力,快速定位和处理提交的技术问题工单,对于需要研发介入解决的问题及时跟进和推动闭环;
2. 收集和整理处理工单过程中遇到的问题,提出产品功能的优化建议,并推动研发进行改善;
3. 开发负责产品线培训课件,开展技术培训工作,为其他服务关键角色赋能;
4. 维护服务技术知识库。负责国内外上市产品服务技术资料准备和完善等,输出并持续更新FAQ、版本迭代、排障手册等内容;
5. 参与IPD流程,作为服务技术代表,与相关方紧密配合,基于可服务性提出需求并跟进闭环,按时完成相关输出物的交付。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历,英语四级以上,有5年以上售后技术支持经验,有储能方面经验优先;
2、电子电气、自动化等理工类专业优先;
3、逻辑思维清晰,学习及表达能力强,能够独立处理售后问题和培训;
4、熟练掌握办公软件,较强的数据分析处理能力和文档制作展示能力;
5、对新能源和电池有相关了解更佳。
