What the Role Entails

工作内容

1. 参与二次元手游的内容运营与社群管理，协助策划并执行内容活动，维护社群氛围；

2. 结合AI工具辅助用户行为分析、数据分析及用户互动模式挖掘；

3. 跟踪热点话题、用户情感倾向及互动行为，提出内容优化与社群运营策略；

4. 协助完成竞品分析、行业动态整理，并定期输出洞察报告；

5. 配合团队完成其他与内容创作、数据分析、多语言内容支持等相关工作。

Who We Look For

能力要求

1. 热爱游戏，熟悉二次元文化，拥有多款二次元游戏经历，了解二次元用户心理与社群特点；

2、熟悉韩国游戏社区文化，熟悉naver、arcalive、dcinside等韩国社区，熟悉X、youtube、discord等海外社区加分。

3、 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应一定的工作压力；

4、 善于观察和分析热点话题、用户互动模式及情感倾向，具备基础的数据敏感性；

5. 对ChatGPT、Gemini等主流AI工具有实际使用经验，愿意探索其底层逻辑与应用场景；

6、 韩语和中文为母语水平，并能作为工作语言；
