职位描述

1. 政府与监管关系管理
建立并维护与各级政府部门、监管机构（如交通局、工信部、海关、环境局、地方市政等）的常态化沟通渠道，保障业务合规开展。
对接行业主管部门，跟进汽车行业相关政策、法规、标准的更新（如排放法规、进口政策、新能源准入、本地化要求等），解读政策影响并输出业务应对方案。
参与行业协会、商会及政府主导的行业研讨、政策制定会议，代表公司发声，反馈企业诉求，争取政策支持与合规便利。
2. 公共事务与合规管理
负责公司各类资质、许可、认证的申请、维护与年审工作（如汽车进口许可、销售资质、环保认证、道路运输许可等），确保资质持续有效。
处理政府监管检查、合规问询及相关问题，牵头制定整改方案并跟进闭环，规避合规风险。
3. 危机与舆情协同管理
协同 PR 团队，处理与政府、监管相关的危机事件（如合规调查、政策变动引发的公众关注），制定沟通策略，维护公司品牌声誉。
建立政策风险预警机制，定期输出政策风险报告，为管理层决策提供依据。
4. 本地化与利益相关方协同
推动公司本地化战略落地，对接政府关于本地员工雇佣、本地采购、技术转让等方面的要求，制定合规执行方案。
协同公司内部部门，解决业务推进中的政府层面障碍（如清关效率、物流管制、场地审批等），保障项目顺利推进。
参与政府主导的公益、社区及行业活动，提升公司在当地的品牌形象与社会认可度。

职位要求

1、学历：本科及以上学历，公共事务、国际关系、法学、工商管理、汽车工程等相关专业优先。
2、3 年以上跨国企业（汽车行业优先）在沙特 / 阿联酋的公共事务、政府关系、合规管理相关工作经验，熟悉中东市场环境。
3、英语可作为绝对工作语言，会当地语言者优化
4、熟悉当地汽车行业监管体系、政策法规及审批流程，有成熟的政府、监管机构资源者优先。
5、具备较强的政策解读与风险预判能力，能快速分析政策变动对业务的影响并输出可落地的应对方案。
6、优秀的跨部门协同能力，能联动销售、法务、供应链、PR 等团队解决复杂的业务问题。
7、良好的商务谈判、沟通协调与危机处理能力，能独立对接政府部门并推进事项落地。
