职位描述

1、工厂布局规划：根据产品工艺特性（如精密加工、超精密装配、洁净度要求、温湿度控制），设计车间级总平面布局，明确设备区、物料缓存区、洁净区、检测区等功能分区，输出布局图及人流/物流/信息流动线方案；
2、产线设计与规划：基于产品BOM及工艺流程图，进行产线平衡分析，确定工位数量、设备选型及工位间距，设计精密装配所需的产线、工位、基座及工作站等，确保节拍达成及良率要求；
3、产线物流规划：结合精益物流理念，设计原材料库、线边超市（Supermarket）、在制品暂存区、成品库的容量及位置；规划AGV/无人叉车/输送线/提升机等自动化配送方案，优化物料路径（最短路径、无交叉污染、批次追溯），输出物流动线图及仿真报告。
4、工厂落地实施与验收：编制工厂及产线规划技术规范（地面承重、电力负荷、压缩空气、ESD接地、洁净等级、消防通道等），协同基建、设备、EHS、生产等部门完成施工图会审、现场监造及最终验收，确保规划方案100%落地。

职位要求

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、物流工程、自动化或相关专业。
2、经验年限：8年以上制造业工厂/产线规划经验，其中至少5年以上精密加工、精密装配、精密制造或3C制造行业（如精密模具、光学组件、半导体封装、手机/穿戴结构件等）的规划实战经历。
项目经历要求：
3、必须主导过至少2个完整的新建或重大改造工厂/产线规划项目（单个项目投资额≥1000万元或车间面积≥5000㎡），需同时包含产线布局设计和物流规划两部分，提供项目简介、布局描述等
熟悉精密制造的环境要求（如10万级/千级洁净间、±0.5℃温控、主动隔振基座、ESD防护），并能将要求转化为布局及设施规划输入。
了解精益物流工具（Kanban、Milk Run、线边库容计算、物料配送节拍设计），有实际应用案例。
技术技能：精通AutoCAD（必须），熟练使用至少一种三维布局软件（FactoryCAD、SolidWorks、SketchUp）；掌握FlexSim或Plant Simulation等仿真软件为加分项；熟悉数据分析工具（Excel高级、Power BI、Minitab）用于产能及物流数据计算；
4、良好的系统思维与数据驱动能力、跨部门协同能力、抗压与细节导向力、沟通表达能力。
