新平台控制算法工程师

职位描述
1. 负责特种载具的动力学建模与参数辨识,深入分析强非线性、大惯性及欠驱动特性。设计并优化自适应控制、鲁棒控制或MPC(模型预测控制)算法,确保系统在外部时变干扰下的航向保持与速度跟踪精度;
2. 主导载具在不同航行模式间的平滑切换控制;针对大惯性制动过程,研发基于多维状态反馈(欧拉角、加速度)的襟翼协同调节策略,实现平稳的姿态过渡(如俯仰角动态补偿),有效抑制尾部姿态异常的风险;
3. 开发基于多轮独立驱动/全向移动底盘运动控制算法;解决低附着系数环境下的横向漂移问题,通过多执行器耦合控制,实现低速停靠与精准起停,以及高速工况下的稳定转弯性能;
4. 探索基于强化学习(RL)和模仿学习(IL)的端到端控制策略;利用大模型处理高维状态空间,实现从感知特征到底层执行器指令的直接映射,提升系统在长尾Corner Case下的拟人化操控水平与安全性;
5. 负责控制算法在嵌入式平台上的C++工程化落地与实时性优化;主导实机联调,通过分析海量日志数据迭代优化控制参数,确保功能安全符合行业高标准。
职位要求
1. 计算机、自动化、航空航天、控制工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历,3年以上相关领域控制算法经验;
2. 精通特种载具运动学与动力学,熟悉经典流体力学模型(如MMG、Fossen等)或CFD流体仿真工具;
3. 熟练掌握MPC、LQR、自适应控制等现代控制理论,并有实际工程落地经验;
4. 深刻理解高速载具的姿态控制、襟翼调节或多执行器协同控制经验者优先;
5. 熟悉操纵性标准,对制动距离、回转半径、横摇/纵摇抑制有量化指标的概念;
6. 加分项:
1. 有CVPR/ICCV/ECCV等顶会论文或知名开源项目贡献者优先;
2. 有端到端自动驾驶或大模型(RL/IL)在机器人/特种载具控制中应用的经验;
3. 有丰富外场实测经历,能独立分析实机测试数据并定位控制问题。
