职位描述
岗位职责:
一、销售培训体系搭建与落地
1、设计并优化迭代面向产品专家、销售主管及销售店长的课程(产品课程、竞品话术、销售逻辑、促单技巧、延伸业务、管理类等课程),开发标准化销售流程(SOP)培训工具(话术手册、情景案例、演练模板等);
2、执行全国销售人员的线上培训及线下考核认证,确保人员覆盖率和通过率符合总部要求,针对销售销售人员短板(如线索转化率低、试驾成交弱项等),定制开发并实施专项提升课程;
3、新产品上市培训课程执行。
二、入店辅导与门店赋能
1、定期走访门店,通过秘采检查、录音分析、现场观察等方式,识别销售服务流程的执行问题,针对薄弱环节(如产品种草、顾虑消除、引导选配等)进行一对一陪练、角色扮演、现场纠偏;
2、业绩转化支持,一店一策,辅导店端制定业绩提升方案,通过门店辅导提升人效。
三、培训效果评估与反馈
1、制定培训考核机制(如笔试、实操、满意度调研等),追踪参训学员的技能提升与业绩改善情况;
2、分析培训数据(如覆盖率、合格率、转化率),定期输出效果评估报告,优化后续培训策略;
3、建立中台培训档案,动态管理门店及学员的培训记录,为人才发展提供数据支持。
四、培训协作与资源整合
1、对接区域培训BP,落实全国性培训项目在区域的执行,满足区域差异化需求;
2、协同区域销售团队,识别业务痛点并提供针对性培训解决方案;
3、整合内外部资源(如讲师、供应商、培训场地),确保培训资源的高效利用。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,0-2年新能源主机厂或咨询公司培训相关实施工作经验,有直播视频或视频制作、脚本撰写项目经验者优先;
2、熟悉汽车新能源汽车产品、技术及业务流程,精通销售漏斗各环节转化技巧,具备数据化分析能力,具备课程开发与授课能力。
3、强目标驱动的能力,具备强沟通能力、良好的运营管理能力项目管理能力。
