岗位职责:
1.工艺开发与优化:负责汽车电机(如水泵、DC马达)或机器人行业无框力矩电机的制造工艺开发、验证与持续改进,确保工艺稳定性与良率目标。
2.设备全周期管理:主导绕线机、碰焊机等关键生产设备的导入、调试、维修与标准化,提升设备综合效率(OEE)。
3.工装夹具设计:负责电机生产所需夹具、治具的设计与优化,熟练使用Solidedge、SolidWorks等软件完成3D建模与出图。
4.产线支持与改善:深入生产现场,分析并解决工艺异常,推动降本增效活动(如人力精简、节拍优化、减少浪费)。
5.新项目导入:参与新产品试产及量产阶段工艺评审,输出PFMEA、控制计划、作业指导书等工艺文件。
6.跨部门协作:与研发、质量、设备维护及生产团队紧密合作,确保工艺方案的可制造性与一致性。
任职要求:
1.教育背景:本科及以上学历,机械、电气、自动化、材料成型或相关专业。
2.工作经验:5年以上电机行业工艺工程经验,其中至少2年担任资深或主导角色。
3.工艺知识:
方向一(汽车电机):熟悉汽车水泵、DC马达等部件的制造工艺及关键设备(绕线机、碰焊机等);
方向二(机器人电机):熟悉无框力矩电机的装配工艺及测试要求。
4.工装设计能力:能独立完成电机生产用夹具、工装的设计,熟练使用Solidedge或SolidWorks软件。
5.工具与方法:熟悉PFMEA、控制计划、MSA、SPC等质量工具,具备数据分析与问题解决能力。
6.加分项:英语听说读写流利,能读懂英文技术资料并进行简单口语交流。
7.软技能:具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神及抗压能力,能主导现场改善项目。
