Job Description

核心职能：
专注马达芯片、端子.IC引线架等产品的样本模具及连续模设计

岗位职责：
1.主导模具排样设计（Layout）及3D/2D全流程开发；
2.负责试模问题追踪与解决方案实施；
3.确保模具通过SER（样品评估报告）认证，并协调处理量产问题；

岗位要求：
1.模具/机械设计相关专业大专及以上学历；
2.三年以上冲压模具设计经验，马达芯片、端子.IC引线架等产品设计，具备模具故障数据诊断能力；
3.具备马达行业经验者优先（马达芯片、端子.IC引线架等产品及薄料模具设计）；
4.熟悉冲压模具开发全流程（设计/加工/试模）；
5.熟练应用SolidWorks等CAD软件；
6.能够基本英语沟通。
