1. 配件更换与部件改造
根据维修及更新改造方案，实施完成电梯关键零部件的更换、修复或局部改造作业，提升电梯运行质量与可靠性。
2现场作业准备
参与维修作业前的现场检查与风险评估，确认设备状态、工器具、备件及作业条件符合安全与施工要求。
3工具与备件管理
规范、安全使用维修相关工具及测试设备，按要求进行点检、保管与异常反馈，协助做好现场备件的合理使用与管理，按要求对旧件进行合理处置。
4过程质量与问题闭环
在修理过程中落实过程自检，记录关键维修数据；对重复故障、典型问题进行分析并推动整改闭环，支持设备可靠性持续改善。
5安全与合规
严格遵守公司安全管理要求与当地法规（包括 OSS、安全铁律等），作业前完成风险识别与作业分析（JHA），正确佩戴个人防护装备（PPE），主动识别、上报并消除安全隐患。
6团队协作与沟通
与维修团队、现场主管及相关支持团队保持良好沟通，及时反馈设备状态、维修进度及风险信息，支持工作计划的按期完成。
7客户协作与品牌形象
在客户现场遵守文明施工与沟通规范，以专业、规范的作业方式维护客户关系，提升客户对公司服务的信任与满意度。
8跨文化与当地合规
尊重并遵守项目所在地的法律法规、行业规范与现场管理要求，在跨文化工作环境中保持良好的职业素养与团队协作意识。
