【工作內容】
作為華邦的(高雄)資深人力資源管理師，你將由上而下規劃、推動並執行符合公司政策的最佳實務，強化人力資源與生產營運單位的互動。工作內容包含：
1.人才招募與任用：招募策略規劃與管道開發、招募執行與任用作業，包含建立多元招募管道、多元人才招募及校園徵才等。
2.員工關係管理：員工溝通與關懷、勞資關係維護、溝通管道與促進勞資關係和諧
3.教育訓練管理：規劃與執行員工教育訓練。
4.其他主管交辦事項：支援部門內各項人力資源相關業務，以確保團隊運作順暢。
【條件要求】
學歷要求：碩士
科系要求：人力資源相關 │ 一般商業學類 │ 經濟社會及心理學科類(全部)
相關經驗：10年以上
語言能力：英文 高級 │ │

其他條件：
1. 具備科技業或製造業人力資源相關經歷8年以上尤佳。
2. 熟悉MS Office (Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
3. 個性細心、善與人溝通、有團隊合作精神、可獨立作業並具問題分析與解決能力。
