职位描述

-结合乐园年度经营目标，制定年/季/月度策划规划，覆盖节庆活动、IP 落地、产品迭代、引流营销四大模块，明确排期、预算与核心指标；搭建策划工作标准流程，沉淀创意素材与复盘方法论，持续优化工作效率与落地质量；
-负责节假日及各营销节点的主题活动全案策划与落地执行，统筹跨部门资源把控活动进度、呈现品质与现场安全；活动后结合客流、营收、游客满意度数据完成复盘与优化迭代；
-联动爱奇艺影视IP资源，策划沉浸式互动、IP主题展、演艺、打卡场景等内容产品；优化游玩动线与互动机制，提升游客停留时长、体验满意度与二次消费；配合招商策划IP联动营销方案，拉动营收；
-配合市场推广节奏，策划引流活动、异业合作与票务产品玩法，支撑客流转化；输出新媒体创意与话题策划，打造传播热点，提升乐园品牌曝光与区域口碑；
-对接总部、外部供应商及合作机构，保障方案合规落地、成本可控。

职位要求

-大专及以上学历，文旅管理、市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先；
-2年及以上主题乐园、文旅景区、商业综合体、沉浸式娱乐项目策划相关工作经验；
-拥有中大型主题活动的全案策划+落地执行完整经验（需附策划案例）；
-熟悉主题乐园运营逻辑与文旅行业趋势，紧跟热点精准把握文旅客群的消费偏好与体验需求；
-熟练使用 Office 办公软件，具备良好的视觉审美与创意表达能力；
-具备较强的项目统筹能力与跨部门协调能力，可高效推动多部门协同落地。
