品牌策略规划：制定清晰的业务计划，基于目标市场设定财务预测和增长战略，定义关键绩效指标并实施有效的策略以实现可持续增长。

机遇识别：基于对市场的洞察和未来趋势的判断，识别市场的机遇和商业模式，确定潜在的业务增长领域并敏捷地制定策略。

产品管线生命周期管理：通过品牌直接协同及策略侧重点改善产品组合生命周期管理

财务管理：除了有效利用资源驱动业务发展外，还应对区域的业务和财务指标负责，做出与BU整体战略目标一致的财务决策。
