Responsibilities:

• 按时按质完成备品备件以及备品备件维修采购工作。
• 按时按质完成各项服务类采购工作。
• 按时按质完成劳保用品和办公用品采购工作。
• 完成供应商开发，考察，评估和维护工作。
• 监控采购价格，定期形成报告。
• 降低采购成本。
• 跟踪采购进度，及时汇报进度情况。
• 按照公司规定和操作流程，完成各项招标以及后续工作。
• 根据合同约定和供应商执行情况，及时安排支付合同款项。
• 随时根据生产，计划的变化，及时安排采购工作。
• 积极协调处理公司和供应商出现的分歧。
• 及时将采购文件整理归档。
• 及时汇报工作中出现的问题。
• 完成领导安排的其他工作。
