职位描述

1、负责完成KUKA、ABB、FANUC机器人工艺标准包的迭代和新工艺包的开发验证。
2、负责机器人新技术开发应用提升机器人标准落地效率，如机器人程序自动生成及检查，路径规划与轨迹生成模块的开发与优化等
3、基于 Tecnomatix Process Simulate（PS）平台 SDK/API 进行二次开发，完成与 3D 环境、虚拟调试、工艺仿真功能的集成。

职位要求

1、学历与专业：计算机、自动化、机器人、机械电子、人工智能或相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2、算法基础：熟练掌握路径规划与运动规划算法（RRT、PRM、A*、Dijkstra 等），有实际机器人路径生成项目经验；熟悉优化算法（遗传、粒子群等）者优先。
3、碰撞检测经验：具备刚体/网格级碰撞检测开发经验，了解包围盒（AABB、OBB、轴对齐）及连续碰撞检测方法。
4、机器人运动学：熟悉工业机器人运动学正逆解、工作空间分析、关节限位与奇异点处理，至少掌握一种主流机器人品牌（KUKA/ABB/FANUC）的编程系统。
5、仿真与集成能力：熟悉 Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate 平台或其 SDK/API，具有二次开发或插件编写经验；有其他离线编程软件（ROBGUIDE、RobotStudio、KUKA.Sim）经验者更佳。
6、编程语言：精通 C++ 或 Python，有良好的工程化代码能力；熟悉 Qt、OpenGL、PCL、Eigen 等图形/数学库者优先。
7、数据结构与数据库：能够设计和维护轨迹数据库（SQLite/PostgreSQL/MongoDB 等），支持历史轨迹检索与相似度匹配。
8、多机协同开发：了解多机器人协同避让策略（优先级、交通规则、互锁区等），有实际多机干涉区生成或调度系统开发经验者优先。
9、工程思维：能够将现场调试人员的经验固化为启发式规则和轨迹模板，理解“从仿真到真机”的落地流程。
10、综合素养：较强的逻辑分析与问题定位能力；良好的团队协作意识；能够适应阶段性高强度开发任务，并主导技术难点攻关。
加分项：
1、有汽车制造焊接、涂胶、搬运等工艺的机器人离线编程或现场调试经验。
2、发表过机器人路径规划或运动优化相关论文或专利。
3、熟悉 ROS/ROS2 或 MoveIt 框架。
