职位描述
【体验优化】用户体验作为重点目标,协助输出体验相关的产品/运营/流程等选代方案,持续提高用户体验及满意度。
【用户研究】支持业务线,负责体验和用户研究。包括但不限于:用户行为需求研究、产品体验需求挖掘、NPS体验等。根据业务需求拆解调研目标并尽进行跨团队协作,完成研究设计及后续数据处理、洞察等相关工作。
【业务分析】根据用户的voc发现问题,驱动各个业务环节的优化;定期进行相关数据指标的分析及呈现,挖掘业务的核心问题并推动闭环解决。
【项目管理】积极主动地思考和分析,根据不同的运营目标协助设计可行的运营及项目方案,并推进落地,监控闭环。并且在项目管理的过程中,能及时协调沟通资源。确保项目正常推进。
【产品运营】结合目标,洞察用户及团队痛点,分析和挖掘产品需求,优化现有功能及体验;跟踪功能上线后的效果及用户反馈持续推荐迭代
职位要求
-全日制本科学历及以上,拥有5年以上用户运营或者体验运营经验者优先
-热爱新能源及互联网行业,具备较强的产品和用户运营思维。精通定性/定量研究方法,熟悉从问题定义到方案输出完整的研究流程
-主观能动性强,善于思考和总结,能够有效组织复杂项目的跨部门协作
-主动学习能力强,能快速学习并掌握一定的硬软件产品基础知识
