职位描述

工作范围 The scope of work
1. 负责研究双电机电驱系统基本功能和架构开发；
2. 负责研究双电机控制及及高压系统功能融合与复用；
工作职责Responsibilities：
1. 负责双电机电驱动系统开发，包括电驱系统功能架构与集成、多目标优化，模型仿真；
2. 负责双电机电驱动系统拓展功能开发，包括电驱与高压系统功能融合与复用、整车运动控制多功能域联合仿真；
3. 负责电驱动系统功能开发，承接整车需求，提出解决方案，并撰写技术需求；对硬件、软件、电机技术需求做闭环验证；
4. 主导电驱动问题失效分析，并形成报告；完成团队安排的其他任务；

职位要求

主要能力要求：
1. 熟悉并设计过电驱动系统；
2. 至少在如下1到2项专业领域具备资深技术水平或相关经验：车辆运动控制领域、电机控制算法领域、功率电子变换领域、电机电磁设计领域、熟悉电机、减速器、电机控制器设计流程和核心参数；
3. 精通车辆运动控制或车辆电驱系统及其控制；
4. 熟悉电驱系统运行机理，并有相关台架实践经验；
5. 诚实守信，良好的团队沟通能力，协作能力，克服困难的坚定意志。
6. 5年以上新能源汽车电驱动系统开发工作经验优先
任职要求 Qualifications
1. 基本要求Basic Qualification
- 教育程度 Education:
- Bachelor or above degree on engineering, preferable automotive, power electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering (bearing direction, gear direction), metal materials, etc
硕士及以上，优选汽车、电力电子、电气工程、机械工程等专业
- 工作经验 Work Experience:
- more the 5 years’ experience in relevant domain
- familiar with automotive development process
- Expertise in E-drive application in automotive area
- 语言能力：英文（书面及口语）Language skill: English (Written & Oral): daily English email communication;
- 计算机能力 Computer Skills:
- - Polarion or other equivalent requirement engineering and test management tools,
- - software development tool: Matlab/simulink, PSpice, Standard Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc
