Overall purpose of

• 在政府法律法规和公司合规政策的指导下，负责辖区经销商管理，DTC管理，并协助招标及其他项目工作等

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• 负责所支持辖区内经销商及院外零售药店管理

o 区域经销商管理，渠道规划、计划制定及实施

o 商业订单及销售管理

o 客户协议、合同管理；货损、退换货、近效期管理

o 数据直连、分析、审核及管理；合规、审计、DD调研

o 资信、回款及返利管理

o NKA医院准入支持

o DTC药店业务管理

o EP 产品创新业务模式管理

负责所支持辖区内招标准入支持管理

o 招标系统日常事务协助管理

o 招投标相关业务申请申诉及报价协助支持，支持双人复核

o 招标配送商遴选支持，及采购系统的网上数据管理支持

• 协助和支持其他商务相关工作
• 保证项目管理合规执行

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历，医药专业背景优先
• 具备4年以上医药相关工作经验，有商务或基层终端管理经验为佳
• 具备高效的人际沟通和团队合作精神，与内外部客户保持良好的沟通和合作
• 具有成熟的客户管理能力、业务洞察力、业务规划及执行能力、以及复杂事务的处理能力
• 有优秀的抗压能力
• 计算机：具有较好的计算机软硬件应用能力
